Matt lives in Maltby, North Yorkshire and primarily works in oil paints.   He’s painted as a hobby since being a teenager, but only started selling his work in the last few years.  Matt's main subject matter is landscapes, with him usually working from photographs that he takes whilst hiking in the north of England, mainly in the North York Moors, Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. 

 

Matt also takes commissions for landscapes in oil or watercolour, and pet portraiture.
